- There is no minimum order requirement at Aim Optics. Since we do not sell to the public, we require that you are purchasing for resale purposes.

- We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, C.O.D., and business checks. Credit terms are also available to customers who qualify.
- Aim Optics will not bill you until your products are actually shipped.
- For credit card orders, please be sure to provide your exact name, billing address, and zip code as listed on your credit card company's file. Incorrect information may delay your order.
- Aim Optics will charge applicable fees incurred by the carriers for all C.O.D. orders. Customers will be notified the exact amount before shipment. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, or business checks for C.O.D. orders only.

TERMS |

|
- Net EOM (End of Month) Term is given to customers with established open credit account.
- Billing statements are issued on the last day of each month and payment is expected by the 10th of the following month.
- All accounts that are 30 days past due are subject to 1.5% financial charge per month.
- All accounts that are 45 days past due are put on hold. Aim Optics will not ship merchandise until the balance is paid in full and the account is brought up to current status.
- All returned checks are subject to $25 fee.
- Customers assume financial responsibility, ability, and willingness to pay invoices in accordance with our terms.

TAXES |

- Aim Optics charges applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California. We will gladly credit sales tax for tax-exempted customers. Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate to 626-300-8538.

SHIPPING |

- All prices are F.O.B. Los Angeles, California.
- Orders received by 5:00 PM PST are shipped out the morning of the following day.
- All orders will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information for the shipment (except for California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona).
- All shipments are carefully checked. Incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or any discrepancy must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
- Aim Optics will ship the orders in the most practical way unless special shipping instructions are specified.
- We can drop ship any merchandise to anywhere upon request.

EXCHANGE POLICY |

- Merchandise can be exchanged for a replacement product, with equal or lesser value, within 1 year from the original invoice date.
- All items returned for exchange must be in original package, free of personal markings, and in clean, resalable condition. Aim Optics will not accept items which have been used, abused, mishandled, or frames which have been worn or without demo lens.
- Customized or OEM merchandise, and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be exchanged.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for the exchanged items.
- Aim Optics will not ship the replacement before the returned items are received (cross-ship).
- Please be aware that a replacement may not be immediately available.

WARRANTY |

- All Aim Optics merchandise is fully warranted against all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original invoice.
- Any merchandise that is defective due to mistreatment, neglect, improper use, or physical damage will not be covered under the warranty.
- All defective items under the warranty will be replaced with the same style/size/color only.
- Warranty does not apply to products with special discounted pricing.

RETURN POLICY |

- Merchandise can be returned in original condition within 7 days from the day of receipt for a refund. A 3% order processing fee will be applied to orders paid by credit card.
- All merchandise returned after 7 days and within 30 days from the day of receipt is subject to 15% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in original package, free of personal markings, and in clean, resalable condition. Aim Optics will not accept items which have been used, abused, mishandled, or frames which have been worn or without demo lens.
- Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
- Customized or OEM merchandise, and items sold at special discounted pricing cannot be returned.
- For orders with free frames, please note that the dollar amount for the free frames will not be credited. For example, a customer ordered 10 frames and received an extra free frame. If 1 frame is returned, no dollar amount will be credited (which means the free frame is forfeited, however, it is possible to do an exchange, please see EXCHANGE POLICY above). And if 5 frames are returned on that order, only 4 frames will be credited.
- All items must have a RMA number issued by Aim Optics before being returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- All shipping and insurance charges on returned packages must be prepaid by the customer. No COD will be accepted.
- For orders paid by credit card, funds will be credited back to the original credit card once returned merchandise is inspected and approved by Aim Optics. For other types of payment, funds will be credited by check.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to process a return for refund after merchandise has been received by Aim Optics.

RMA PROCEDURES |

- Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form (PDF format) and fax it to (626) 300-8538 to obtain a RMA number.
- Returned items must be received within 10 days of a RMA number being originally issued.
- Notification of a RMA number will be faxed back to you.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned package.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

- Aim Optics suggests customers to use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for package lost in the mail or damaged in transition.
